Rates & Policies

Patchwork Inn guest rooms range from $85 to $125.00 and includes a delicious breakfast. We offer group and senior discounts, and honor current State and Federal per diems. We are also very pleased to offer all military personnel a discounted rate in thanks for their service.

Our lower level is available for meetings or social gatherings. Should catering for your event be required, we are pleased to offer our services at reasonable rates.

• Check-in is from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise arranged with us. Checkout is 11:00am.

• Room rates are based on double occupancy and include our delicious breakfast.

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check and cash are accepted. A 50% deposit or the amount of one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required to secure your room.

• Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival with a cancellation fee of $20.00 per room reserved. Should a cancellation be made within the 7 days of your stay and we are not able to reserve the room for another guest, a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay will be assessed.

• We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 or pets.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. While we are confident that you respect our policies and care for our property as if you were at home, we will impose a $500 cleaning fee if cigarette smoke is detected in a guest room. In addition, guests are responsible for the cost of replacement of any item damaged as a result of carelessness or willful misconduct.

Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us and we are committed to protecting them. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. To ensure that we process each transaction safely, our booking engine SuperInn.com uses a VeriSign Extended Validation SSL, which gives Web site visitors an easy and reliable way to establish trust online. Only SSL Certificates with Extended Validation (EV) will trigger high security Web browsers to display a green address bar with the name of the organization that owns the SSL Certificate and the name of the Certificate Authority that issued it. The green bar shows site visitors that the transaction is encrypted and the organization has been authenticated according to the most rigorous industry standard.
